About Dr. Delgadillo

You're going to spend your career making decisions — some small, some enormous. My job is to make sure you're ready for both.

I've taught at Texas Tech's Rawls College of Business since 1994, and before that I worked as an aerospace engineer and business consultant. That background shapes everything about how I teach: less theory for theory's sake, more tools you can actually use.

My courses — Decision Making in Business, IT for Business, and Operations Management — are designed around the kind of thinking that holds up under pressure. I also lead study abroad programs in Europe, because some of the best business lessons happen outside the classroom.

Come ready to think. Leave ready for anything.
