Four College of Business Requirements to Study Abroad in Seville

1.- LOWER DIVISION COMPLETED Finish all lower division core courses by the end of the Spring 2012 semester
2.- GPA of 2.75 or GREATER Have a 2.75 GPA by the end of the the Fall 2011 semester * AND at the end of the Spring 2012 semester
3.- ENROLLED FOR SPRING Be enrolled in Business courses for the Spring 2012 semester by the end of the Fall 2011 semester **
4.- FIRST 30 Be one of the first 30 people to pay the deposit ($650 Non-refundable with the noted exceptions below)

DEPOSITS: Deposits must be submitted IN PERSON and will be accepted beginning on December 1st at 8:00 am.  Students have to fill out an advisement sheet at the BA Undergraduate Office and take it to the IB Office any time before December 1st in order to be able to submit a deposit. Students who have already filled out an advisement sheet and a study abroad intent form (green form) will get an e-mail from the IB Center that contains all details on time, location, rules and procedures for the deposit.

WAITING LIST: This study abroad program will have a waiting list.  Although there is no guarantee, on occasion this program has been able to accommodate more students or has had some attrition (due to financial reasons, health problems, family issues, lower division difficulties or GPA requirements).

 * GPA (2.75) NOTE: If a student is one of the first 30 to pay the deposit and at the end of the Fall 2011 semester he/she does not have the 2.75 GPA, their deposit will be refunded and their name will be placed at the end of the waiting list.

** ENROLLMENT FOR SPRING NOTE: If a student is one of the first 30 to pay the deposit and he/she has not enrolled in Business courses for the Spring 2012 semester by the end of the Fall 2011 semester to complete their BA lower division courses, their deposit will be refunded and their name will be placed at the end of the waiting list.
